In the world of digital marketing and social media, it takes more than a funny video or trendy catchphrase for a product to become a hit with consumers. A few years ago it became nearly unthinkable to have a business and industry without having a website for it. That’s still the case, but with the impressive rise of smart mobile technology, it may soon become unthinkable to have a business and the future of digital marketing without having an app.
It’s safe to say that apps are the future of digital marketing and that attention to brand app users will surpass attention to retweets and Facebook likes in importance over the next few years.
Give Your Brand a Voice
The primary reason we expect a lot of changes in this industry is that players are engaged in a cut-throat competition to outdo each other in this contest for consumer attention. It is a healthy competition as it has brought about new ideas and the biggest winner here is the consumer. All these efforts are geared towards enticing consumers more than competitors.
By the end of 2017, there were more than 40,000 Alexa skills alone and more than 44 million Alexa and Google Home devices sold.
Not all Alexa and Google skills are perfect. But this is an amazing push by brands into a new and unknown channel, where there are no real ROI numbers yet to show that voice will be a winner. The adoption and speed of voice-driven conversations are becoming a reality much faster than anticipated.
The answer may be that more brands are now willing to experiment early with technology and feel more comfortable testing new channels like voice and bots.
And don’t forget that Google’s Assistant app and Siri do not require a smart speaker. They are more accurate and relevant user data because Google knows your location, movement, and app habits which a smart speaker currently can’t.
The future of Digital Marketing
Virtual reality (VR)
This gives consumers a chance to interact with products in a simulated three-dimensional environment, created using interactive software and hardware technologies.
A more advanced form of Virtual Reality. While VR replaces the real world with a simulated one, AR creates a real-time interactive environment in which, a user can digitally manipulate information.
Visual Messaging and less text
Pictures speak better than words. This means future advertisers are bound to use more images as opposed to text. These images and texts passing across information about their products and services.
Reliance on Digital Data for Decision Making
Digital Marketing activities generate a lot of measurable data. This same data is useful for marketers when planning for instance, in market segmentation. It would not be a surprise therefore when future marketers heavily rely on these data in their decision making.
Wearable Digital Devices
These include smartwatches, fitness trackers, smart clothing, smart jewelry, and implantables. They collect vital lifestyle information/data like a person’s eating habits, heartbeat among other data. This is an essential market information intelligence gathering that helps marketers promptly plan and respond to consumer issues.
Human Intelligence vs Artificial intelligence
We have witnessed heated debates on whether Artificial intelligence is superior to Human Intelligence. So the Human Intelligence can be replaced.
Despite these arguments, artificial intelligence is here to stay and professionals will increasingly rely on this. Already we have unmanned drones, robots and computer games among other innovations.
This is only but a small glimpse into the future of Digital Marketing. There will be more invention definitely as the future is bright.
Digital marketing payments platform Paytm today announced a toll-free number to enable consumers and merchants without an internet connection to pay paytm account and receive money instantly and also recharge their mobile phones.
Customers and merchants will need to register their mobile numbers with Paytm and set a four-digit Paytm PIN, the company said in a statement.
This will empower millions of non-smartphone users to go cashless even without a smartphone.
Recently, PayTM Founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma pledged a fund of Rs 10 crore to build a network of startups that are working towards environmental sustainability in India. In late November, when the firm faced criticism over significant Chinese ownership, Sharma had asserted that the payments and e-commerce platform is “as Indian as Maruti” and prides itself on being a representative of the “India story”. Paytm’s had hailed the ongoing demonetization drive with advertisements displaying Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s picture, leading many critics to point out that its single largest shareholder is Chinese giant Alibaba, the world’s largest e-commerce player.
Nitin Misra, Senior Vice President, Paytm, Said,

The launch of our new toll free payment number (180018001234) is another significant step in that direction. This will allow even non-smartphone users across India to go cashless.
How Paytm Does work(Digital Marketing)?
The first step that required to start using the Pay-TM service to make the account. Note that the Paytm account done using the feature phone so you would have to first create an account the one using the smartphone or the PC.
Once you have created your Pay-TM account. Use it to add money to it by using your credit/debit card or the net banking. For this purpose, you would easily get the simple options on your smartphone device screen or the PC with that paytm account opened before.
Now to send the money offline to any mobile number using the Paytm’s service, you need to call on [1800-1800-1234] which is entirely toll-free. Call this number through the Pay-tm registered number only.
Your call would automatically get disconnected within a few minutes and after that. You would have to wait for the call from the PayTM. When the call comes from the just pick it up and then go for the further steps. If you are using it for the first time then you would require the PIN. This for the safety of the account so goes for it.
After you have completed your whole PIN setup on the phone. Then you asked just to fill up the mobile number to whom you wish to transfer your money. Fill up the number and the amount of money you wish to transfer and then send it from there. That’s it!
Make Payments by Calling The Same Number!
After setting up the pin, whenever you need to pay a merchant. You have to call this number, and it asks for the merchant mobile number and amount to be paid. After entering those details, you have to enter your pin which you have set in the first step. That’s it; the payment made to the merchant
Doesn’t Work For Now!
Also, we guess that this new feature is still under testing. We tried calling the toll free number from our mobile number, but it continuously suggested as busy. Hopefully, it can get fixed in coming days
A short guide with actionable tips to Write Good Content in Digital Marketing.
You have optimized your links, your H1 and P tags are perfect, what to do now. Well as stated it can take some time before the listings start hitting you and you can see the fruits of your labor. So what do we do waiting for the SERPS to start listing your site on the first few pages? You start writing more good content, yes more good content.
Here are Top 4 Tips How to Write Good Content in Digital Marketing
Write More Content Then Select One.
The search engines like content’s, their whole point of existence are to spider and index contents, rate and categorize what they just index and make sure that the user can find this content. And this is exactly what you should create good content for those little search engine spiders to eat. Write like a madman, and I do not mean just optimized text. Write content that is relevant to the products you intend to sell but don’t just write copy. You should write good content that you would be interested in reading yourself. If a user hits these pages in the SERPs, you want him to stay, learn more and possibly buy something or click on one of your advertisements.
Ok, I am done writing now what?
If you are done good writing, double it, the more, the better. A nice place to start of would be 50 pages of 400 or more words. I know that is about 20000 words, but it’s on the topic you should love, you’re selling it aren’t you?
Write More Interesting Content.
The problem with most content written for the search engine is it’s dull and not very interesting. It cannot be stated enough if you have interesting reading material you will get better and more traffic to your site. Study the topic most closely related to the products you offer on your website and write a nice 50-page document about it. If you are trying to sell holidays your best bet is to grab users with interesting travel guides. It would be of little use to write about search engine optimization, as the traffic will be very uninterested in your products; they are looking for SEO to help optimize their site. You can take the good content in digital marketing idea from other sites using the best paraphrase tool by SEO tools center to rephrase the article.
Writing Honest Product Comparisons.
A perfect and easy thing to write or get others to write them for you is product comparisons. The best thing would be to write honest product comparisons on the items you are selling on your website. So that makes people believe that what you are writing is an unbiased comparison between the products. Don’t get me wrong with the make people believe the statement.
You should never lie and always try to play it by the book. You just want your reader to believe it as much as you do. If you are having problems writing them yourself pay someone to compare the products you are selling. For you, it should not make to much difference if someone comes in on one of these pages and buy’s product a or b, you should be happy they came in and bought any product. So that you would not have this customer if the comparison was not written.

Digital Marketing and Blockchain Technology is a very important part of any business. To make a brand more visible in this diverse society, a business must be able to use various online platforms effectively to advertise. One of these online platforms is social media. Nowadays digital marketing is growing rapidly. But another technology that is advancing rapidly is blockchain, which is set to change the world of digital marketing in a new way.
Let’s Understand What is Blockchain Technology.
The blockchain is a digital, decentralized technology that is growing and making a mark in different industries such as digital marketing. Blockchain keeps a record of the transactions that take place on the peer-to-peer networks. The list of records continuously grows. These records stored securely in numerous decentralized systems that are interconnected. As the blockchain doesn’t have a centralized point, it doesn’t have a single point of vulnerability, and hence is less vulnerable.
Now it is also growing in the digital marketing industry, adding a new revolution to the relationship between consumers and businesses. Blockchain aims to increase transparency in all sectors of a business as the information is stored digitally. This information can’t be tampered or deleted. This enables the companies to see the exact use of the funds and if the audience receives them or not. To get more idea about blockchain, one can always refer to several online blockchain tutorials to get a good grip in this area.
Affecting Data Privacy.
Blockchain can affect digital marketing in many ways, and one of the predicted changes is in the sharing of consumer’s data. One of the most serious issues in online activities is privacy. Companies have profiles for every customer based on visited sites, searches made, products purchased, and various other things.
Hacking and leakage of personal data online are commonplace. But these prevented through the use of blockchain technology. When a person uses an app or visits a site, then the company can no longer access the data, and all the personal information remains with the consumer. Due to blockchain technology, all the personal data of consumers remain safe
Through this, the users will have control over the data and can determine how much data to share. This also means companies will also have to rely on different ways to collect data from consumers. Previously they automatically received data from consumers – now they will have to rely on consumers for receiving their data.
Changes In Digital Advertising.
Digital marketing is a type of marketing that still has a ways to go. Consumers always have one irritating issue faced by them – ad overloads. Companies always show and send users a load of advertisements instead of sending fewer advertisements. The main reason behind this is the lack of understanding of companies about their audience.
As they don’t know the taste of their audience, they just send numerous ads hoping one will catch their interest. Most of the time, these companies annoy users by popping ads on a page that consumers visit which takes up most of the screen, which can be extremely frustrating and intrusive for the consumers.
Not only are they annoying but these large ads can also drain the battery life of devices and take up bandwidth. Blockchain-based companies are introducing apps such as Basic Attention Token (BAT). That bring changes to the interaction between advertisers, users, and publishers.
The steps involved in this are:-
As consumers receive a commission from the BAT. The publishers also paid, but the amount they receive is larger than what consumers receive.
Advertisers can buy advertisements using the app on the brave platform.
Users will be able to decide the type of ads they want to see. Rather than dealing with an unwanted and unnecessary number of ads. They will be able to see the ads that peak their interest most. If a user sees an ad, then they will be paid with a certain small portion of what was paid to buy the ad by the advertiser.
What About Using Cryptocurrencies?
These are the new digital currencies that work based on blockchain technology. These not physical or actual coins or cash but used in the digital world. Where these stored in a digital wallet a person as coins. Just like in the real world, the values of these digital currencies also affected by supply and demand and many other things.
As blockchain is a decentralized technology, it assures the digital marketers that their transactions are secure by improving cybersecurity. Also, not controlled centrally – in simple words, nobody owns or controls the blockchain. With this, companies or businesses will be able to avail of the numerous advantages provided by blockchain.
Beyond cryptocurrencies, blockchain offers a world of opportunities. It can affect the digital marketing industry greatly. One of this is the elimination of depending upon a middleman or intermediary in digital marketing, such as social media sites or Google. This can add more value to the ad campaigns of the companies.
Traditionally, marketers depend on these middlemen for the transactions made and also for the launch of ad campaigns. But with blockchain, there is no need to depend upon them. Blockchain eliminates the need for companies to communicate with website owners through a medium whenever an ad going published.
Previously this job was done by sites like Facebook or Google to make the communication between site owners and digital marketers. But with blockchain, there is no need for intermediaries when users sign a contract related to advertising. This ensures a significant increase in the income of digital marketers due to the cutting of cost that went to intermediaries previously.
Previously advertisers knew very fewer details about the use of ads by publishers. Which led to high expenses for publishing ads and also in some cases ad fraud. But, with blockchain, the process more transparent – also they can learn who seeing their ads and know if it marketed to the right audience or not.
Clearly, blockchain is a very useful technology that revolutionizing various industries. And also have a great positive impact on the digital marketing industry.
