51% of pollution is caused by industrial pollution and after that 27% by vehicles.

So for an alternative Electric Vehicles are coming as the best alternative for today’s scenario. Electric vehicles emit less harmful gases as compared to combustion vehicles.

The government is working on its way to developing EV charging infrastructure in cities and highways. The Indian government has approved Phase-II of the FAME(Faster Adoption And Manufacturing of (Hybrid and) Electric Vehicles) scheme with an outlay of Rs. 10,000 Crore for 3 years commencing from 1st April 2019. Under FAME 2 the government has a plan for setting 2636 charging stations in India.
So, here it comes a golden opportunity to set up a public charging station on your land.
If you have land for setting up a public charging station in India than this might be one of the best business opportunities for you. Public charging stations are very few in India. The number of charging stations in India is around 150. This number is very less when we compare it with fuel pumps. And the future of electric vehicles can be seen in the FAME 2 scheme, the government has set an ambitious target to accelerate the sale of electric vehicles in this scheme.
